Trench Drain Forms

EPS foam trench drain forms are used to create curved, and sloping drains for pools and splash pads. The forms have embedded plywood strips so the curved trench drain forms could be screwed in place. Each EPS form can be labeled to match the contractor’s drain layout drawings and make installation precise. Once the concrete is poured and cured, the plywood, and EPS foam were removed, leaving the finished trench drains. Plywood can also be added on top of the form to create a recessed seat for steel or plastic grates. (Please click on the projects below to view the trench drain form photos)
